Berkeley: 2107 Dwight - Shattuck Mixed User Construction Work Now Above Ground

Back in April, construction work on 2107 Dwight was just beginning and the site was a big hole in the ground. Now, just two months later, the project is already above ground and the first floor columns have been poured. Once the second floor plate is finished and the wood sticks start to arrive, things should be moving even more quickly. Upon completion, the 6-story structure will include 99 apartments and 5,600 square feet of retail along Shattuck. The project is in a busy area for development with both the Garden Village project as well as the large Parker Place/Berkeley Honda mixed-use project just around the corner.
